  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items once the purchase has been completed.

Condition of Items

  • All jewelry and jewelry jars are sold as-is. Many items are pre-loved, vintage, or secondhand, and may show signs of wear.

  • We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos so you know exactly what you are receiving.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival

  • In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • You may keep the damaged item, and we will send you a replacement piece as close in style/value as possible based on available inventory.

  • Please note: replacements are not guaranteed to be identical but will be selected with care to match your original purchase.
